一肚火的Groupon!

我一直有從Groupon買東西,大部份都是優惠劵,相安無事,直至十月初從那裡訂了個豆袋梳化,至今仍未有貨,絕對是令人火起的經歷。

十月十二至廿二日開始接受登記,我是十二日那天已經將想要的顏色的表格傳真到那間叫RVB的公司。根據優惠劵所示,貨將於收到表格後兩星期內送到。當然,有關公司亦已回覆收到我的訂單。



十月廿五日,沒有消息,於是電郵該RVB,得到的回覆是他們的訂單多於預期,所以將於廿五日起十三日內,即十一月七日,送出貨物。明白的,我沒有任何投訴。

十一月一日,收到以下一個電郵:

Dear Customer,
First of all, thank you for purchasing our beanbag! 
We have sold in 4 days at least three times as much as we expected. This is good news but also means a heavy workload. 
The delivery term mentioned on Groupon is delivery within 14 days after the redemption period has closed (22 October), so latest 5 November. 
We are working very hard to deliver each beanbag to our customer, however, due to the high amount of beanbags we need some more time in order to get a high quality beanbag delivered to your home. Delivery to your address will be between 12-16 November. 
We receive many emails from customers asking which exact date and/or time their beanbag will be delivered. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact answer as the delivery is outsourced to a local courier. They will call you if necessary. The same is true for categorisation of residential and commercial addresses. 
I would like to ask for your understanding and I apologise on behalf of our team and myself for the delay.

十一月十二至十六日,好的,雖然又再推遲。結果,我在十一月十六日再收到他們的電郵,這次還將四百八十幾個顧客的電郵地址通通公開:
Dear Customer,
 The courier has started the delivery on Tuesday 15 November. Today they notified us that they need a few more days as the large size of the beanbag is not easy to handle. If you ordered more than one beanbag it might occur that you have only received partial delivery, the remaining beanbags will then follow within several days. For the courier this is also their first delivery with our system so they need to get acquainted. If you haven’t received the beanbag yet please hold tight for a few more days.

當我問為何會公開所有電郵地址,與及何時會有的時候,沒有回覆;廿二日,我旅行回港,再電郵他們,也沒有回覆。

好,既然由Groupon買,就向他們投訴吧!那個熱線電話永遠無人聽,留言永遠全爆,實在完全的Helpless!

幸好,他們的辦公室跟我公司很近,上星期四,我直接上去投訴。他們的同事表示,RVB用的Courier出了問題,已經換了公司,所以需要更多時間。

可以接受嗎?我表示那公司又不回覆,我是不是需要向傳媒投訴?那接待員說,會替我跟進,並表示當天會回覆。好,我再信你一次,反正公司在附近。

當天沒有收到她的來電,翌日中午她來電表示,原來十一月廿一日已經送過到我家,不過那時沒人。我開始發火了!我去旅行前早已問定何時會送貨,因為我就是怕我不在港時你們送來,最好笑就是,送過,沒人收,就不會再通知你跟你再約時間!

我向那女的表示完全不能接受,她說要再向Courier確定何時送來。她表示我可以退款,我說:「我唔要退錢,我要貨,我亦要你地交代點解可以亂成咁!」結果那天她又沒有回覆,星期六,他們休息。

十一月廿九日,我再次殺上去。這次我堅持要找個人接受我的投訴與及處理,等了好一會,有位陳小姐。她表示會當天給我一個回覆電郵,結果要到他們差不多下班,我傳一個電郵去問究竟有沒有人回覆,那陳小姐才回覆我。我再次重申我的要求是什麼,要他們翌日確定何時有貨,最後,也沒有人致電我或如我電郵。

昨天,正當我想著要向壹周投訴,下午有人致電表示是速遞送貨來,我表示我不在家,他問我何時在,我說七點,他說那到時再聯絡。

放工趕回家,天寒地凍,等了整晚,電話又唔覆。今早,終於聯絡上那位人兄:『你七點都無打俾我,你地係咪咁做野?』『咁你幾時有人係屋企丫?我同公司安排過囉!』『你不如講你幾時送黎啦,我等你等到幾時呀?我要投訴你。』『好呀,你打電話去投訴囉。』

離晒大譜,後來聯絡該速遞公司,那位梁小姐表示會確定何時送貨立即聯絡我,幾小時後再找她,她說:「負責團購送貨果位李小姐今日放假,佢所有Order都Lock係電腦,我問左好多人都幫你唔到。」

痴線的!於是再致電那陳小姐,電話永遠無人聽,當我寫多個電郵俾佢發出最後警告之後,一邊打其永世無人聽既熱線,一邊打佢直線,結果熱線竟然有人聽喇,結果後來該陳小姐來電,已經幫我致電速遞跟進,但他們已下班,明天會立即給我一個答覆。

有人問:點解唔退款了事?

點解?因為我硬頸,我有貨之後仲會再追究!

我並不是要不再幫趁Groupon,不過再用送貨此等服務,就要諗諗。是的,同一公司最近又賣豆袋梳化,祝各位好運。
